Overview
The foundation improvement (sand compaction pile work) was carried out as an earthquake-resistant improvement work of the quay in the Rokko Island district of Kobe Port.
Buffer holes (underground) were made in the outer circumference to suppress the influence of displacement on the surrounding structures, and preliminary drilling was carried out to loosen the hard soil layer in the surface layer before the SCP construction.
