Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Corporate philosophy
Aomi Construction Co., Ltd. is based on the fundamental idea of "respect for human life". We recognize the importance of improving occupational health and safety in our work activities and aim to prevent occupational accidents involving all people engaged in our business activities by reducing the potential risks of occupational accidents and creating comfortable, healthy workplaces in which all employees can work safely.
Basic Policy
- We apply this Occupational Health and Safety Management System to our business activities to reduce risks, prevent injury and illnesses, and continuously improve OH&S performance.
- We comply with all applicable occupational safety and health laws, regulations and other requirements, set targets and continue to strive to realize them.
- We increase employee awareness of the importance of safety and health through education.
- We establish a consultative organization to prevent occupational accidents and illness and improve the working environment through good communication among workers.
- The policy will be provided upon request by the affected parties.
Environmental Policy
The company, which engages in part of the construction industry, is expected to have a greater impact on the environment, has a responsibility to ensure that its operations are executed with maximum consideration for the environment as far as practicable.
All employees shall promote awareness of environmental protection and development of technologies (method and management), and shall actively carry out environmental protection activities with the following items in mind.
- Aomi Construction Co., Ltd. is committed to protecting the environment by accurately assessing the impact of its business activities on the environment and taking all possible measures.
- We clarify and comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, agreements, and voluntary standards and all the other relevant requirements.
- We verify environmental protection activities and improve the environment continuously.
- We will focus on the following items to promote environmental protection activities.
① Pollution control that affects the local environment
② Construction with no waste to prevent the depletion of natural resources
③ Construction aimed at waste reduction and recycling
④ Environmentally conscious research and design - We conduct in-house environmental education and publicity activities to raise awareness and understanding of environmental policies among all employees. We will also disclose the status of our environmental protection activities to our customers, residents, and the affected parties as necessary.
