  The disaster recovery project of the river embankment of Natori River, a first-class river destroyed by the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011. Development of river mouth levees using "durable structure" in the vicinity of the coastal levees at the mouth of the river. The levees can be used even in the event of a major tsunami exceeding designed specifications.
