  The reexpansion of Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) is a project to construct the 4th runway D and to promote the development of international areas.
  The new runway has a combination structure of reclaimed pier, and the ground improvement of the soft ground was carried out by a marine exclusive ship.
